After you select a package, we review your prescription and frame preference, confirm the price and payment method, prepare your glasses and arrange delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be arranged by direct bank transfer or Payoneer for international transfers. Secure payment details are provided after your order is confirmed.
Do the glasses include a warranty?

What optical packages are available?
We offer a Simple Dual Pair Set for €120, Progressive lenses for €139, Blue Cut lenses for €149 and Photofun light-adaptive lenses for €159.
How do I provide my prescription?
Send a clear photograph or digital copy of your current prescription through our contact form or WhatsApp. We review it before confirming your order.
What should I do if my glasses arrive damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the case and explain the available solution under the applicable guarantee.
Can I change my order after confirmation?
Please contact us immediately. Prescription glasses are prepared individually, so changes may only be possible before production begins.
Do you offer distance and reading glasses?
Yes. The Simple Dual Pair Set includes two complete pairs: one for distance and one for reading. Progressive lenses are also available for customers who prefer one multifocal pair.
